How has partnering with HuntLease made your process more efficient? 

Being fully automated has enabled us to increase productivity with the ability to manage more leases. The time and effort we spent previously is now directed into serving more customers and doing it more efficiently. 

What would you tell anyone currently using another system and is reluctant to change?

HuntLease is transparent and easy to use. The automation raises efficiency so that a small staff can handle large numbers of leases and land owners. The accounting is easy to use, and it is easy to track and report income.

We are able to manage more leases and take on more clients. In the next year, we will grow our lease management by 76%.

What is the greatest challenge in switching to HuntLease?

The first year with any system is a challenge—not because HuntLease is difficult, but because getting all of our lessors integrated and comfortable with a new system can be tedious. They come from very different backgrounds in their use of technology, so it takes longer to work with some over others.

What is the feedback you get from clients regarding the service you provide through HuntLease?

Our clients are particularly happy with our detailed reporting, readily available information, and ease of electronic signing and paying invoices.
